The interview process at Chubb invovles an initial one-way interview and written component. The following platforms are used during the interview process Webex video calls, and Whatsapp. The phone interview is thiry mintues followed up by Webex or by phone. For some technical positions, the planform, hackerrank, is used to test applicants. The virtual interview can be up to three rounds, each interivew is twenty-five minutes. The virtual interviews are designed to weed out applicants who fail to have the prerequisites. The third round of interviews at Chub is to check whether or not if the applicant is compatible with the company culture. The interview process is very lengthy at Chubb. It could take up to four months for a potential candidate to be evauated, and then hired.
